SmartBuy With Us – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at SmartBuy With Us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United Kingdom only.

Since we operate with more suppliers, delivery times may differ. By placing an order, you agree to the policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

After an order is placed, our suppliers begin preparing it for dispatch.

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days
    (Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparing for shipment.)

Orders are not processed during weekends or UK public holidays.

Please note: Processing may take longer during peak seasons or high-volume periods.


2. Shipping & Delivery Times 

All orders are shipped from our international suppliers to the UK via certified shipping carriers.

Estimated UK Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • product type

  • supplier location

  • Royal Mail or courier processing

  • customs clearance

  • seasonal delays

These are estimated timeframes and cannot be guaranteed.


3. Shipping Cost

    • £3.99 flat rate for all orders £50 or below

✔ Paid Shipping

  • Free Shipping

    • Orders over £50: FREE standard UK shipping

    Shipping fees appear at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–7 days for tracking information to become available, as packages must first be processed by international carriers before appearing in UK tracking systems.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate UK address at checkout.

SmartBuy With Us is not liable for:

  • delayed deliveries

  • lost parcels

  • returned packages

caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Order Changes

You may request changes within 12 hours of placing your order, including:

  • address changes

  • product changes

  • quantity changes

After 12 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders are already in processing and cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer want the item once received, you may submit a return request following our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

We will:

  • investigate with the courier and supplier

  • provide updates

  • send a replacement or issue a refund if the package is confirmed lost

Delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues do not qualify for automatic refunds.


9. Shipping Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

  • a replacement

  • a full or partial refund

  • a refund without requiring the item to be returned (supplier-dependent)

10. Return Shipping Costs

For returns:

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In some cases, suppliers allow refunds without requiring the item to be returned.

Return fees are non-refundable.


11. Customs & Import Fees (UK)

Most orders arrive with no additional customs fees, but on rare occasions, UK customs may apply charges.

These fees are:

  • not included in product prices

  • not controlled by SmartBuy With Us

  • the customer’s responsibility
