Smart Buy With Us – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Smart Buy With Us. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully, as our store operates with more suppliers.


1. Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date they receive their item to request a return.

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Item must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible.

We may request photos or videos of the product before approving a return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Clearance or heavily discounted items

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items, undergarments, swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized products


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • Item is significantly different from the description

  • Item never arrived (after full investigation)

  • Wrong item or wrong size/color sent by the supplier

  • Customer returns the item in acceptable condition within the 30-day window


5. Refund Method

Once the return is approved and received, customers may choose:

  • Full refund to the original payment method OR

  • Store credit equal to the full value of the item

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.


6. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The returned item is not in its original condition

  • Packaging is missing

  • The item shows signs of use

The percentage deducted will depend on the inspection.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Defective items

If the requested replacement item is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.


8. Sale Items

  • Sale items CAN be returned unless marked as final sale.

  • Items labeled “final sale” cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.


9. Who Pays Return Shipping?

Because Smart Buy With Us operates with  suppliers  what are overseas:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If the issue is caused by the supplier (wrong item, damaged, DOA), we cover the return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.


10. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If the product arrives:

  • damaged,

  • broken,

  • defective, or

  • missing parts,

customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.
We will provide one of the following:

  • Free replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund


11. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

If the order has been shipped, you must wait for its arrival and request a return.


12. How to Start a Return

Please include:

✔ Proof of purchase
✔ Photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will send return instructions and a return address (varies depending on the supplier).
